2. Camp Gulf

Camp Gulf is one of the top beach camping destinations with plenty to offer. Its beachfront RV sites are right on the water’s edge and provide stunning views.

Miramar/Destine RV Park is conveniently situated close to restaurants, shops and more – making it the ideal spot for your family’s weekend getaway or a peaceful vacation.

Enjoy your time at this pet-friendly resort with its expansive pool, hot tub, recreation area and planned activities. It is conveniently situated close to Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico for some serious relaxation.

Paved roads and site pads help minimize dust, while heavy RVs can easily park there. Some campsites are pull throughs with electric service and water hookups available.

3. Beverly Beach State Park

Beverly Beach State Park is a beloved camping spot for Oregonians and visitors alike, situated just north of Moolack Beach where Spencer Creek flows under Highway 101.

This campground features a wooded area and long, sandy beach. It offers 53 full hookup (electric and water) campsites, 75 standard hookup sites, 128 tents, 21 yurts, and three group tent sites.

Beverly Beach offers a range of watersports, such as kayaking and surfing. Kayakers can expect great conditions during both summer and winter months; surfers tend to gravitate towards the southern portion of the beach for optimal conditions.

Fishing is a popular pastime at Beverly Beach State Park. The southern section of the beach provides excellent opportunities to catch rockfish, lingcod, herring, surfperch and other species.

4. Oceanside Campground

Oceanside Campground in Haines, Alaska provides picturesque waterfront campsites with panoramic views of Lynn Canal and the town of Haines. Just a short walk away from Main Street and the harbor, this seaside town and its attractions is yours to discover!

This campground offers full hookup RV sites that can accommodate a range of vehicles, including slide-outs. Furthermore, pets are welcome and there’s even a dump station available.

These sites are situated on a large grassy area just steps away from the ocean and feature picnic tables, firepits and individual trash cans. On the northern end of the park (sites 1-24), you’ll find both back-in and pull-through flat gravel sites.

The southern section of the park (sites 25-66) is smaller and has more trees than its northside counterpart. At low tide, the beach becomes even prettier as sand becomes rocky and covered with shells. Unfortunately, due to limited availability it’s often hard to get a spot here.
